Ally & Cathy, South Manchester

Ally & Cathy had a very particular criteria for their project. They wanted to extend the rear footprint of the house and also to renovate the interior space. The finished project has added a larger kitchen/living room upstairs with an occasion room downstairs.

In addition to this aspect of the project, at the same time we helped extend the living space into the garden with an Indian stone patio and alfresco dining area to the rear of the property.

The couple were keen to make the renovation to the kitchen/living area a blend between traditional and modern styles. The exposed brickwork of the finished product aligns to the original period property, whilst the exposed steel work, contemporary kitchen and appliances meet the needs of a modern family.
